The Grand Pavilion is a 5,800 sq. ft. multi-purpose concrete covered area. There are two handicap accessible restrooms.
The Winchester Park Grand Pavilion is available seven days a week, from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Guests and any contractors must vacate the premises no later than 11:00 p.m. Park Rules & Regulations
