1. What do I do if I don't have any hot water?: If the cold water is working then you may want a plumber or someone with plumbing experience to check it out for you. If you aren't getting any water service, call the Water Department at (903) 849-4145.

2. What do I do if water is coming out of a manhole in the street?: Call the Water Department immediately at (903)849-4145 during regular business hours or call (903)204-8680 if it is after business hours. A crew will be sent to take care of the problem.
