What does the City Code of Ordinances define as a junk vehicle?: A junk vehicle is a vehicle that is inoperative(ie., won't start and move under its on power) and does not have either current registration or safety inspection, or a vehicle that is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded, or a vehicle that remains inoperable for a continuous period of more than 45 days. What does the City Code of Ordinances define as high grass?: High grass is defined as weeds, Johnson grass, brush or any objectionable or unsightly matter growing to a greater height than twelve (12) inches upon property within 150 feet of any property line which abuts street right of way, alleys, utility easements, subdivided additions, developed property or any buildings or structures.
